IMF HEAD: EURO CRISIS 'EVERYONE'S PROBLEM'
January 28, 2012 -- Updated 1446 GMT (2246 HKT) ....................................... THE MESSAGE: "NOW THE TIME TO DO THE DEAL"(CNN) -- IMF head Christine Lagarde says no country will be safe from the eurozone crisis if action is not taken soon.

Speaking with CNN's Richard Quest at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Lagarde, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, said the crisis was already impacting economies far beyond Europe.

"There is no country in the world that I visited in the last eight weeks, and I visited many, that hasn't said the eurozone crisis is not a problem for me, for my economy, for my country, for my growth," she said. "Everybody has an interest in trying to fix the problems of the eurozone."

While the solution rested with European leaders, the rest of the world should do whatever was required to help them solve the crisis.

"The Europeans have to help themselves, but the international community has to be on their side because it's in the international community's interest, and in each country's interest, that the situation be remedied promptly and comprehensively."

She said that with international pressure building to address the crisis, there had been encouraging signs that leaders were ready to take action.

"I believe that while there has been improvement of the situation, because Italy has done more and better, because Spain is doing more and better," she said.

"But there shouldn't be complacency. There should be an urge to continue doing what needs to be done. Otherwise, the future looks very uncertain and very dangerous."

U.S. PACIFIC FLEET CHIEF CONCERNED ABOUT WEST PHILIPPINE SEA

PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii—The US Navy’s top commander in the Pacific says he’s concerned local arguments in disputed oil rich waters near the Spratly Islands in the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) could escalate into larger, more serious confrontations.

Admiral Patrick Walsh said Tuesday there’s potential for an incident in the West Philippine Sea to intensify much the way tensions between China and Japan spiked after ships belonging to the Asian powers collided near the Senkaku or Diaoyu islands claimed by both nations in 2010.

“Quickly the event escalated from something that was local, containable, manageable, to something that became a state-on-state sort of conflict,” Walsh told The Associated Press in an interview at his headquarters a few days before he is scheduled to retire and hand over the Pacific Fleet command.

Walsh said the West Philippine Sea — which is heavily traveled by shipping companies, including tankers transporting oil from the Persian Gulf to East Asian nations — is vital to the Asia-Pacific region.

“No matter which perspective you adopt, it’s critically important for security and stability. It is the critical node to all the economic activity. Any interruption there would create a real problem,” Walsh said.

Six Asian nations — Brunei, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam — claim all or part of the Spratlys, which are believed to be rich in natural resources.

The Philippines and Vietnam have accused Chinese vessels of repeatedly intruding into areas they claim and of trying to sabotage oil explorations in their territorial waters. China has denied the allegations, saying it has sovereignty over the vast sea.

Walsh said the countries have a dilemma in that they risk losing resources if they don’t patrol and enforce their exclusive economic zones, yet risk a confrontation if they do.

To compound the situation, he noted countries in the area have a growing interest in obtaining more advanced weaponry.

“Now you have all the ingredients of an escalatory situation,” he said.

Walsh recalled the incident two years ago when a Chinese fishing vessel collided with a Japanese coast guard ship on patrol.

Japan arrested the Chinese captain, after which Beijing suspended ministerial-level contacts with Tokyo, and postponed talks on the joint development of undersea natural gas fields. China later halted Japan-bound exports of rare earth metals used in high-tech manufacturing. Several anti-Japanese demonstrations occurred across China.

The captain was later released and sent back to China after heavy pressure from Beijing.

Walsh said a lot of the tension resulted from the threat of an embargo on rare earth metals.

“Just how quickly that escalated — it inflamed passions on both sides,” he said. “That’s my concern.”

Walsh said the US should be very clear that it supports peaceful resolutions to disputes. One way to support this, he said, would be to sponsor regional forums where nations can discuss these issues.

He lamented that China has a “checkered record” of participating in international forums like these.

“The approach that I’m suggesting here is one that is very inclusive. Those that opt out, who don’t participate are really limiting themselves to a very narrow interpretation of what is acceptable in terms of norms and behavior,” he said.

Vice Adm. Cecil Haney is due to succeed Haney as the commander of the Pacific Fleet at a ceremony in Pearl Harbor on Friday.

Walsh, 57, said he’s moving back to his hometown of Dallas after 34 years in the Navy.

U.S. SENATORS BACK PHILIPPINE SEA DEFENSE

Expressing “strong affinity” with the Philippines, a group of visiting United States senators, led by former Republican Party presidential candidate John McCain, has vowed to help the country improve its maritime security, especially in the West Philippine Sea (or South China Sea).

During a meeting with Foreign Secretary Albert del Rosario on Tuesday at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Pasay City, the US congressional delegation also promised to help facilitate the Philippine request for a third weather high endurance cutter (WHEC) from Washington.

In a statement, the DFA quoted McCain as saying it would be “unreasonable not to give” the vessel to the Philippines.

The Philippines last year acquired its first Whec from the US, a decommissioned 378-foot Hamilton-class cutter which the Philippines has since renamed the BRP Gregorio del Pilar and classified as a surface combatant ship or a warship.

Freedom of navigation

DFA officials said a request for a second Whec is in the process of approval.

Noting the “long and friendly relationship” between the two allies, McCain also told his hosts that the best way to avoid confrontation with China in the West Philippine Sea is to maintain freedom of navigation in the disputed waters.

Aside from McCain, other senators in the delegation included Senators Joseph Lieberman (Connecticut), Sheldon Whitehouse (Rhode Island) and Kelly Ayotte (New Hampshire).

For his part, Del Rosario cited the passage in late June of US Senate Resolution 217, which called for a peaceful and multilateral resolution of maritime territorial disputes in the West Philippine Sea.

He also thanked McCain for pushing for US military support to the Philippines as a treaty ally.

Credible defense

At the same time, Del Rosario requested Washington’s assistance on the government’s request for another WHEC, which the Philippines plans to deploy in the West Philippine Sea.

The vessel will “enable the Philippines attain a credible defense posture and enhance maritime domain awareness,” Del Rosario noted.

Aside from the Philippines, the McCain group is also visiting Vietnam and Burma (Myanmar).

Last weekend, the US Embassy in Manila announced that the McCain-led delegation would be in the country from Jan. 16 to 18 to “meet with government leaders, discuss cooperation and reaffirm the alliance” between the two allies.

US Ambassador Harry Thomas Jr. had told Palace reporters the senators “would like to have the opportunity to meet the President and his Cabinet and their counterparts.”

On June 21, 2011, Del Rosario met with McCain in Washington, where the senator called on the US to expand military and political support to Southeast Asian nations that stand up against China in the West Philippine Sea.

Early warning

McCain said the United States should help Asean members like the Philippines develop and deploy an early warning system and coastal vessels in the disputed waters.

The former Navy captain said Washington should also turn to diplomacy to help Asean members sort out their own disputes and “establish a more unified front.”

McCain, who lost the 2008 presidential race to President Barack Obama, welcomed the Obama administration’s defense of freedom of navigation in the West Philippine Sea but said it should go further.

He said the US should let other countries know “which claims the US accepts, which ones we do not, and what actions we are prepared to support,” including defending the Philippines in the event of an armed conflict in the disputed waters.

Raul Hernandez, the spokesperson of the DFA, however, did not provide details on the meeting between Del Rosarion and McCain, who had met in Washington in mid-2011.

Both the DFA and the US Embassy in Manila have kept mum about the schedule of the visiting American lawmakers.

The US Embassy announced over the weekend that the McCain-led delegation would be in the country from Jan. 16 to 18 to “meet with government leaders, discuss cooperation and reaffirm the alliance” between the two allies.

Aside from McCain, the group includes Joseph Lieberman (Connecticut), Sheldon Whitehouse (Rhode Island) and Kelly Ayotte (New Hampshire).

The visit could include a call on President Benigno Aquino III at Malacañang.

Meanwhile, the militant group Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) expressed serious concerns over the US senators’ visit.

New defense strategy

Bayan secretary general Renato Reyes Jr. said “the visit comes in the wake of the unveiling of a new US defense strategy that aims to put more American troops in the Asia Pacific.”

In a statement, Reyes noted that McCain “has been a vocal advocate of US intervention in the Spratlys dispute.”

“This visit is a reaffirmation of the defense ties that make us a colonial outpost of the US,” Reyes said as he urged the government to “assert the national interest during these high-profile meetings.”

Reyes also said, “Sadly, the government will again reaffirm the Visiting Forces Agreement, including the decade-long deployment of US troops in Mindanao. Predictably, the government will again lobby for more US military junk and second-hand equipment like the naval ship we got recently.”

“We don’t see any assertion of national sovereignty on the part of the Aquino administration. The present government has not even questioned why US troops have been based in Mindanao for a decade now without the benefit of a bases treaty,” he said.
7 U.S. SOLONS HERE TO DISCUSS STRONGER TIES WITH PH

MANILA, Philippines—A seven-member United States congressional delegation arrived in the country on Friday to discuss with Philippine government officials ways to strengthen ties between the Philippines and the US, as well as various issues that could affect the allocation of US foreign financial assistance.

The delegation was led by US House committee on appropriations chair Rep. Harold Rogers, who came with Representatives Norman D. Dicks, Ander Crenshaw, Rodney Alexander, Steven C. LaTourette, Tom Cole and Michael K. Simpson.

They were accompanied to a meeting on Saturday with Foreign Secretary Albert del Rosario by US Ambassador to the Philippines Harry K. Thomas Jr.

The issues covered during the meeting included the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) conflict over the Spratlys islands, trade and economic relations, human rights, and issues affecting the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean), according to a statement from the DFA.

During the meeting, Del Rosario briefed the US legislators on measures being undertaken by the Aquino administration with respect to human rights and the rule of law, and moves to end the culture of impunity, the DFA said.

The foreign secretary also made a pitch for “the Philippines’ urgent need for additional Weather High Endurance Cutters (WHEC vessels) and a squadron of F-16s (fighter planes).”

Aside from trade and security relations, US appropriations for foreign aid are also tied to a country’s human rights record, including its efforts to stop human trafficking.

According to the DFA statement, Rogers had said: “Certainly, we can attest to the fact that this administration is doing all it can to right the wrongs of the past,” adding, “we want you to know that we want you to achieve your goals.”

Del Rosario also “sought the American legislators’ support for the enactment into law of the Save Our Industries Act (Save Act) which is a ‘win-win’ proposition because it will increase US textile exports and Philippine garment exports,” the DFA statement added.

The Save Act aims to slash US tariffs on certain categories of Philippine-produced garments made of US fabrics or yarn.

The US legislators told Del Rosario they would discuss these issues with the members of the US executive branch and “keep an eye on them.”

The American lawmakers are leaving Sunday.

“In either May or June, President Obama and President Aquino will meet at the White House,” Thomas told reporters in a chance interview after the Vin d’Honneur at Malacañang.

“As you know, when Secretary [of State Hillary] Clinton was here in November, she extended the invitation to President Aquino to come to Washington. Right after that, President Aquino went to the East Asia Summit in Indonesia, where he had a one-on-one with President Obama and President Obama again extended the invitation,” he added.

Asked what will be the agenda of the meeting, Thomas said it is “for the Presidents to decide.”

Before the meeting between the two heads of state, a bilateral strategic dialogue will take place in Washington at the end of January, attended by US and Philippine Defense and Foreign Affairs undersecretaries and assistant secretaries.

It will be the second such dialogue between Washington and Manila, the first of which was held in the Philippines in January 2011.

Next March, Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin and Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario will meet with their counterparts — Secretaries Leon Panetta and Clinton — also in Washington.

Thomas also jested reporters, saying there will be a fourth meeting: between Filipino boxing champion and Sarangani Representative Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather.
“So we really have four things: bilateral strategic dialogue, secretaries of defense and foreign affairs meeting each other, Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, and then President Obama and President Aquino, okay?” Thomas said. There is no final word yet on whether the much-awaited Pacquiao-Mayweather fight will take place this year.

On the Spratlys and disaster relief

On other issues, Thomas said the US is “looking for other ways to assist, especially in the areas of maritime security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.”

“The United States is the largest provider of military assistance to the Philippines, has been for the past 10 years. We have given one Cutter to the Philippines — the del Pilar, which is now the largest ship in your Navy,” he said.

He maintained that the US takes no side on the issue of Spratlys.

“We very much think that everything should be resolved at the negotiating table, through a multilateral effort. We very much support the Code of Conduct,” Thomas said.

Aside from the Philippines, the other countries claiming parts or the whole of Spratly islands are China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Brunei and Malaysia. — VS, GMA News

It was hidden so that at one day in the future the vanished nations of the world could rise again and restore the wealth of their people to their people.

These families are all related by blood. It started with King Solomon's daughter by the Queen of Sheba. Her children intermarried... as did their children until a time came that all the ruling families of the world were related by blood. These families were murdered and their kingdoms were destroyed.

When I married Gunther, it took me a long time to for me to grasp what was really going on. The people with whom Gunther and I worked, were from the Philippines, to China to all of the countries in Europe... and off world.

Rayelan Russbacher, tells a tale that is identical to Krohn's account in all material respects, except as to the quantities of gold involved.

In early May 2000, Rayelan Russbacher faxed me copies of about 30 documents relating to her former husband’s gold deal as described above. The code name for the transaction was “White Robe/150-920-458."

The documents she faxed show that the intended transaction was, in fact, a series of between ten and 50 transactions, each involving a quantity of 2,500 metric tonnes of gold negotiated at a discount rate of 10% (rather than the 11.6% rate described by Krohn). Additionally, the commitments for these transactions could be “rolled over” and “extended” up to a total of 500,000 metric tonnes.

A first “test” tranche of 2,500 tonnes with a face value of approximately US$30 billion was called for (giving a price of about $370 per ounce). This staggering deal, if consummated in full, had a price tag of US$6 trillion – equivalent to the current US national debt!

UNRAVELING THE SECRET OF THE KEYPROGRAM

Global Delegates have arrived in the Philippines to pursue the mission of unraveling the secret of the Keyprogram and to meet the Elders and the Old Man. Last Tuesday delegates have initially convened at the Manila Hotel to discuss their mission.

The Keyprogram appeared many years ago as the only key to open the locked global accounts. The locked global accounts have become so huge its staggering amount is beyond one’s wildest imagination. It is said that the value of the combined accounts may exceed centillions, more than enough to reform the world’s decaying economic conditions.

But currently since it is locked, it is becoming an unbearable pain likened to a steely vise strangling the worlds financial system.

Attempts to unlock the accounts have been unsuccessful so far. The Keyprogram could not be used because the person who can decipher its codes have mysteriously remained anonymous for many years. The attempts to use it could not even be started because the two vital links that appears to be missing on the Keyprogram are the 1st and the 2nd of the seven instruments that represents the Umbrella code. The Umbrella code is the force that will be used to open the accounts. The most important is the number one instrument because it is the Mother Control.

Now it is revealed that the number one instrument is the Church of Christ or Iglesia ni Cristo that originated in the Philippines.

The 2nd instrument is a mysterious foundation called Perlas sa Dulong Silangan.

So let it be known to the world that these two organizations are the 1st and 2nd instruments of the Umbrella Code. They will help us open the accounts. And the highly spiritual church is also known for helping the poor and the downtrodden.

As you know by now, there exist in our midst ACCOUNTS that were so huge it will be able to help solve the economic difficulties the world nations especially the Philippines are facing. But despite that 70% of this account is intended for the upliftment of humanity, decades have passed and still no one is able to open or withdraw this account as they were mysteriously locked. The frustrating search for a solution was described in the article of Jacob Caleb that appeared at CNN:

Where are those accounts now and what are the proofs of its existence? You can imagine that they could be politicians, trusted military officers, businessmen and civilians who found favor in the eye of the late president. A good question will be, if the accounts have matured were they ever recovered? Yes they have matured, some have maturity of 20 years and have lapsed since the departure of Marcos from Malacanang. Recovered? Apparently not. Opening those accounts is not just a matter of survival for the few. It has now become a matter for the world’s survival. Our world financial system is crashing due to the choke of the locked accounts. How did it all happen is still a mystery! All the people, all government leaders must combine their outmost effort to unlock the locked accounts, and let the money flow into our financial system that has bled dry. Last new years eve, I visited a friend in Tondo, he showed me a very interesting piece of paper he got from attending a meeting sponsored by MERF Foundation. Printed on top of the paper is the word “KEY PROGRAM”. . Symbols and codes were printed on it. The words : Spiritual & material laws, foundations, Umbrella Code, Seven instruments, PIJAO, JO-VE-RIZ-AL and others can be found written among the symbols. Also on the left side is a website which reads: www.kuyajuan.com. A search for this website reveals additional information about the keyprogram and the you tube video confirms its central importance by calling it – “ a scroll with writings on both sides.” Nothing was said about the origin of the program or who has the original copy of it. Further else, there is no way to understand the program as it is littered with symbols and codes, yet it is being presented as the only solution to unlock the locked accounts.

Meaning, the key program is the key that can open the closed accounts, to solve a problem that seems unsolvable. That was the first time I came across a new and distinct solution other than the usual stuff used in the recovery transactions. Skeptical at first, I continued examining the program, then I began to sense something was special. Hope is dawning on me.

GUESS WHO?

A note written on the top of paper further says the person who understands the program is the one who can open the accounts, which means he knows how to use the key program to open the locked accounts. And the foundations have been searching for a Filipino. Who is he and why has he not appeared, is because he is strictly following a process to be able to correctly use the keyprogram. During the years of my involvement in transacting accounts, I used to hear that there is a mysterious man entrusted to open the account, that he is the keeper of something like the Great Grand Master Key, the people say he could be one of the offspring of Marcos, that his identity is supersecret. That powerful intelligence groups have hunted him, offered rewards to get him. The fact is, if he is wanted all over the world, coming out is not really easy. Ok, despite endless frustrations, I sincerely believe there is a man who can open the accounts, for why will there be accounts and we will not be able to use it? Why will there be a keyprogram and no one will be able to understand it? I recall banks were used to say as they reject attempts to withdraw money from the accounts, “ that there is still one signature missing.” Could the missing signature be the signature of the man who owns the keyprogram? Is the Key Program actually the Great Grand Master Key?

I told myself “ enough!” We have failed enough, the time has come for the world to know the secret, if that is the process needed for the accounts to be opened. This is my justification why I will ask the world’s media their assistance to persuade the mysterious man to come out now . I do not have the money to finance media coverage, I am just banking on the idea that media people will understand the importance of this effort. May I call, may I implore that for our sake let us urge this man to appear and finally open the accounts. I am sure the government and the people can give him security. Please let us run a story for this, let us flash announcements that we want him to come out to help our country and help the world. Let us give a daily space to this endeavor until the right guy appears. If you think this is silly and foolish, I say we have been publishing and airing a lot more foolish things, but this foolishness you are calling here now, may one day save our world from a catastrophe. I believe God allowed the accounts to be locked as protection for its purpose is noble. I also believe it is his will that someone will open it and led us to a new life we have never thought will be possible. This is not for the account holders only but for all of us Filipinos and the world. This idea will serve as my contribution for the betterment of the Filipino nation and the world. Let this nation and the world cry….
